Once your claim is submitted, it undergoes thorough review by your dedicated claims executive. Most of our claims are resolved within 24 hours, but if not you will receive updates on the status of your claim through our system.
How long does the claims process take?
We understand the urgency of resolving claims promptly. All claims submitted "in full" are typically approved within 24 hours and processed in three days or less.
